# Why was my account balance forfeited?

To ensure compliance with PAGCOR regulation, users are required to confirm several declarations before proceeding. Below is a detailed guide to help you understand these requirements:

**When you select "Agree & Confirm," you affirm the following:**

1. **Not a Government Official or Employee**    
* You confirm that you are not a government official or an employee involved in government operations.

2. **Not a Member of the Armed Forces**    
* You confirm that you are not affiliated with the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, or the Philippine National Police.

3. **Age Requirement**   
* You affirm that you are over 21 years of age, meeting the legal age requirement for participation.

4. **Not Listed in the PAGCOR Restricted Persons Database**    
* You certify that your name is not listed in the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation’s (PAGCOR) National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP).

5. **No Gaming Employment License (GEL)**    
* You declare that you do not hold a Gaming Employment License (GEL).

6. **Acceptance of Terms & Conditions**    
* You confirm that you have read and agree to abide by Winzir's **Terms & Conditions**.

**Important Note**

* Funds or credits in the account of an ineligible player will be forfeited to the Philippine government.
