Why is my deposit did not reflect in my account?

If your deposit hasn’t been reflected in your balance, it may be due to a delay in the payment provider confirming the transaction. To help us verify the deposit, please provide the following details:

  • Transaction ID
  • Time of the deposit
  • Amount of the deposit
  • Payment screenshot
