### Reasons Why a Player's Account May Be Locked

There are several reasons why a player's account might be locked. Some of the most common reasons include:

1. **Player Requested to Close the Account** : The player has personally requested to deactivate or close their account.
    
2. **Player is Underage** : The account has been flagged because the player does not meet the minimum age requirement.
    
3. **Player is a Government Employee** : The account is locked as government employees are restricted from participating in certain gaming activities.
