# Why haven’t I received an OTP for registration?

If you haven't received your email verification link or OTP (One-Time Password) on your mobile, here are some possible reasons and steps to resolve the issue:  
  
__For OTP on Mobile:__  

* Check Network Signal: Ensure your mobile device has a stable network signal. Sometimes, poor signal strength can cause delays in receiving SMS.  
* Correct Phone Number: Make sure you've entered the correct mobile number during registration.  
* SMS Block by Carrier: Some mobile carriers may block OTP messages. Contact your mobile provider to see if there are any restrictions on receiving OTPs.  
* Delay in SMS Delivery: There may be a slight delay in receiving the OTP. Give it a few minutes and check again.
