Why can’t I make a withdrawal request?

Active Bonus: If you have an active bonus in your account, please note that you cannot request a withdrawal. To proceed, you will need to either cancel the active bonus or wait until you have met the wagering requirements before making a withdrawal.

Unplayed Balance: Ensure that you have met the wagering requirements for your account balance. You can check the unplayed amount by accessing the "Withdraw" section in your profile.

Unverified Account: You must complete the automated account verification or the one-time video call verification or the automated verification, whichever is required, and submit a valid ID to verify your account. An unverified account cannot request withdrawals.
