**Who Can Register on Winzir?**

Winzir is a licensed e-gaming platform that welcomes eligible players who meet the following criteria:

###### Eligible Players:

* Must be **at least 21 years old**.
    
* Must be a **resident of the Philippines**.
    
* Must have a **valid and active mobile number** for verification.
    
* Must **agree to the platform’s terms and conditions**.

###### Who Cannot Register on Winzir?

Certain individuals are restricted from registering on Winzir, including:

* **Individuals below 21 years old** – Due to legal age restrictions on gaming.
    
* **Non-Filipino residents** – Winzir is exclusively available to players residing in the Philippines.
    
* **Individuals with self-exclusion requests** – Players who have voluntarily excluded themselves due to responsible gaming policies.
    
* **Persons with restricted access** – This includes individuals flagged for fraud, multiple account violations, or abuse of promotions.

* **Government officials and employees** – As mandated by Philippine gaming regulations, certain government workers are restricted from engaging in licensed gaming platforms.

* **PAGCOR GEL Holders** – Individuals holding a PAGCOR Gaming Employment License (GEL) are not permitted to register on Winzir.
