# Where Is the Verification Pop-Up?

The verification pop-up usually appears when you log in to your WinZir account if your account needs verification. Here are a few steps to try:  
  
* Refresh Your Browser: Try refreshing your browser or reopening the app to see if the pop-up appears.  

* Check Again: Log in to your account again to see if the pop-up appears.  
  
If it does not appear, please send me your username, and I will check your account status for you. We may also conduct manual verification if you continue to have issues. 😊
