What Happens to My Balance If My Account is Closed?
If your account is closed due to ineligibility under PAGCOR regulations, the following guidelines will apply:
For Ineligible or Banned Individuals: In accordance with Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 8 and PAGCOR rules and regulations, the following individuals are prohibited from participating:
If your account is closed for any of these reasons, all funds or credits in your account will be forfeited in favor of the Government, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations. Additionally, all bets and transactions associated with the account will be deemed void, and any winnings or losses will be forfeited. The account will be permanently closed in compliance with the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Code.
If your account is closed due to a violation of WinZir’s Terms and Conditions, specifically "Section 2.6.8 Anti-Fraud Policy," WinZir reserves the right to block your account for a period of up to 365 days, forfeit any remaining balance, impose service restrictions or bans, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
Self-Requested Account Closure: If you choose to voluntarily close your account as part of responsible gaming practices, the WinZir team will review your request. Upon approval, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our procedures.
Important Note: For account closures arising from reasons outside those mentioned above, your balance will be handled in accordance with the WinZir Terms of Use (TOU).

E | Gaming site operators and employees. |
F | Unregistered players. |
G | Banned individuals. |
H | Spouses, common-law partners, children, and parents of the officials and persons mentioned in items (A), (B), and (D) above. |
