What Happens to My Balance If My Account is Closed?

If your account is closed due to reasons related to PAGCOR regulations, the following applies:

For Banned Individuals:
In compliance with Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 8 and PAGCOR rules, certain individuals are not allowed to play, including:

Government officials involved in operations.
Members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and Armed Forces (AFP).
Minors under 21 years old and students.
PAGCOR officials, gaming site operators, and employees.
Spouses, partners, children, and parents of the above-listed individuals.

If your account is closed due to these factors, any deposits made by banned individuals or GEL (Gaming Employment License) holders will be refunded. Bets or transactions made using such deposits will be considered void, and all winnings and losses will be forfeited.

A Banning Order will be issued, and your account will be closed as per the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Code.

Self-Requested Account Closure:
If you choose to close your account as part of responsible gaming, the Winzir team will review your request, and your balance withdrawal will be processed accordingly.

Note: If your account is closed for reasons outside the above-mentioned guidelines, your balance will be managed according to the WinZir Terms of Use (TOU).
