Self-Exclusion Program
Self-exclusion—part of PAGCOR’s Responsible Gaming initiative can be administered in two ways:
- The individual (gambler) may apply for self-exclusion, or
- A family member may file the request on their behalf.
PAGCOR offers a total ban from all its operated and licensed casinos, both online and land-based, for the following durations:
- 6 months
- 1 year
- 3 years
Please note that the restriction cannot be lifted during the first six months of the program, regardless of the chosen duration. After this period, the individual may request to lift the ban if they wish.
PROCESS
For self-exclusion, the individual must accomplish the application form found on the PAGCOR website, and prepare a photo of their government-issued ID and two colored 2x2 ID pictures taken within the last six months.
Applicants can either send the required documents to the email responsiblegaming@pagcor.ph or deliver them to the company’s drop box at the MET LIVE Building in Pasay.
