# I'm Trying to Withdraw My Real Balance but It Says That I Have an Active Bonus Error. How Can I Resolve This Issue?

If you're encountering an error while trying to withdraw your real balance due to an active bonus, you may need to meet the wagering requirements associated with the bonus. This ensures that you have played through your bonus funds sufficiently to fulfill the bonus terms. Once these requirements are met, you should be able to withdraw your real balance without any issues.  
  
If you prefer to cancel your active bonus to proceed with the withdrawal of your real balance, follow these steps:  

* Go to the Bonus page in your account.  
* Cancel the active bonus.  
* After cancellation, attempt to withdraw your funds again.
