# I Forgot My Login Username. What Should I Do?

Here are a few steps to retrieve your username:  
  
* Check Your Email: Look for any welcome emails or account confirmation emails from WinZir when you registered. Your username may be included in those communications.  
* Provide Your Registered Email: Please provide us with your registered email address, and we will help you recover your username.
