I Deposited via GCash, but My WinZir Account Isn’t Updated. What Should I Do?
If you deposited via GCash and your account was deducted but you haven't received confirmation from WinZir, follow these steps:
- Check Transaction History: Log into your GCash account and verify if the transaction shows up in your transaction history.
- Wait for the Review: Sometimes, deposits may be subject to review by the merchant, which can take up to 24 hours. Confirmation might take some time.
- Contact GCash Support: If the transaction shows as completed in GCash but is not reflected in your WinZir account after 24 hours, reach out to GCash customer support to inquire about the transaction.
- Provide Transaction Details: If everything looks good on the GCash side, please provide us with the following details:

- Amount:
- Date & Time:
- Screenshot of the Transaction: Please include a screenshot showing the transaction in your GCash account.
- Keep Documentation: If you have any other records of the transaction, keep them handy as they can be helpful to resolve issues.
