I Deposited via GCash, but My WinZir Account Isn’t Updated. What Should I Do?

If you deposited via GCash and your account was deducted but you haven't received confirmation from WinZir, follow these steps:

Check Transaction History: Log into your GCash account and verify if the transaction shows up in your transaction history.

Wait for the Review: Sometimes, deposits may be subject to review by the merchant, which can take up to 24 hours. Confirmation might take some time.

Contact GCash Support: If the transaction shows as completed in GCash but is not reflected in your WinZir account after 24 hours, reach out to GCash customer support to inquire about the transaction.
Provide Transaction Details: If everything looks good on the GCash side, please provide us with the following details:

Payment Method: GCash
Amount:
Date & Time:

Screenshot of the Transaction: Please include a screenshot showing the transaction in your GCash account.

Keep Documentation: If you have any other records of the transaction, keep them handy as they can be helpful to resolve issues.
