- Try Again: If you didn’t receive the email, go back to the login page and try the 'Forgot Password' option again, ensuring you enter the correct email associated with your WinZir account.
- Clear Cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try accessing your account from a different browser or device.
- Provide Username: Kindly send us your username so we can check your account. We can set a default password for you, but please note that we may request a one-time video call for verification to confirm that you own the account you're claiming.
