How to Upload Documents for Verification?


If your submitted document was not accepted, please follow the steps below to add another or replace your previously uploaded documents.


  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to My Account from the right-hand menu.
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Select Documents.
  5. Choose Document and Selfie.
  6. Upload the following:
  • Valid ID Document

– Must be a Philippine-issued valid ID.

– Accepted examples: Passport, Driver’s License, UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, Voter’s ID, etc.

– Ensure all details (name, birthdate, photo, and signature) are clearly visible.

  • Selfie holding your ID

– Make sure your face is clearly visible and not covered.

– Hold your ID below your chin or beside your face, ensuring that all details are clearly visible and your face remains uncovered.


  1. Click Submit Documents.


NOTE: Once uploaded, your document will be reviewed. You will receive a notification in your Inbox Messages if further action is needed.


Checking Your Document Status


  1. Go to Account Settings > Documents.
  2. Click the Uploaded Documents tab.
  3. Here, you will see the list of files you uploaded along with their status:

🟢 Verified – Your document has been approved.

🔴 Rejected – Your document was not accepted. Please re-upload a clearer copy.


NOTE: You will also receive a notification in your Inbox Messages if further action is needed.
