# How to send a photo of my valid ID?

If you're referring to our verification requirement, here's how you can complete it:

1. **Automatic Verification**
* Log in to your account, and a prompt for automatic account verification will appear. You can directly upload a clear picture of your **valid ID** in the popup.
* You may also upload your valid ID and selfie with valid ID via Profile > Account Settings > Documents > Upload.

2. **Manual Verification (If Needed)**
* If the automated system doesn’t work, we’re happy to assist you with manual verification.
* Simply send a clear photo of your **valid ID** to our live chat support, and we’ll arrange a **one-time video call verification** via **Google Meet** to complete the process.
