How to send a photo of my valid ID?
If you're referring to our verification requirement, here's how you can complete it:
- Automatic Verification
- Log in to your account, and a prompt for automatic account verification will appear. You can directly upload a clear picture of your valid ID in the popup.
- You may also upload your valid ID and selfie with valid ID via Profile > Account Settings > Documents > Upload.
- Manual Verification (If Needed)
- If the automated system doesn’t work, we’re happy to assist you with manual verification.
- Simply send a clear photo of your valid ID to our live chat support, and we’ll arrange a one-time video call verification via Google Meet to complete the process.
