How to send a photo of my valid ID?

If you're referring to our verification requirement, here's how you can complete it:


  1. Automatic Verification
  • Log in to your account, and a prompt for automatic account verification will appear. You can directly upload a clear picture of your valid ID in the popup.


  1. Manual Verification (If Needed)
  • If the automated system doesn’t work, we’re happy to assist you with manual verification.
  • Simply send a clear photo of your valid ID here, and we’ll arrange a one-time video call verification via Google Meet to complete the process.
