How to place bet in E-sports?

Betting on DOTA 2 and other E-sports is not approved by PAGCOR. This means that no PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator, including Winzir, is authorized to offer E-sports betting. Any website or app claiming to provide such betting is not regulated or approved by PAGCOR, and players using these platforms will not have protection under PAGCOR regulations. Players are therefore encouraged to place bets only on games and betting products that are officially approved by PAGCOR. Should PAGCOR permit E-sports betting in the future, an official announcement will be made.
