### How to Open a Client-Locked Account

If your account has been locked, here are the steps to regain access:

#### 1. Provide Your Account Username

 The first step is to provide your **player account username**. This allows us to check the status of your account and proceed with unlocking it.
#### 2. Authentication Process

To ensure your account’s security, you will need to undergo an authentication process. Depending on your access to your email or phone number, the following methods may be used:

* **Verification Call**: If you no longer have access to your registered email or phone number, a verification call may be arranged.
    
* **OTP Code Verification**: If your phone number and email are still accessible, a **One-Time Password (OTP)** code will be sent for verification.
