# How Can I Complete My KYC Verification?

To assist you with your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for WinZir, please follow these steps:  
  
* Log In to Your Account: Ensure you are logged into your WinZir account.  

* KYC Prompt: Look for the KYC verification prompt that may appear on your screen. Click on it to initiate the process.  

* Document Requirements: Prepare the required documents such as:  

1. A valid Philippine ID (like a passport, driver's license, or government-issued ID).
2. A recent selfie for the liveness check (if required).

* Complete the Form: Fill out any forms prompted in the verification process with accurate information.  

* Submit: After ensuring that all information and documents are clear and meet the requirements, submit your KYC verification request.  

* Wait for Confirmation: Once submitted, you may need to wait for the verification process to be completed. You will receive a notification once it's done.
