# How Can I Change My Profile and Get Verified?

To update your profile or initiate the verification process, please provide your **WinZir User ID** along with the details you wish to edit. Please note that most information cannot be changed after registration, but we will review your request and assist accordingly.

As part of the verification process, a **One-Time Password (OTP)** will be sent to the active and registered phone number or email linked to your account. Please ensure you have access to these for a smooth process.
