Forgot password
If you forget your player account password, follow these steps to reset it:
Go to the Login tab at the upper-right corner of the website and click "Forgot Password."
On the "Forgot Password" page, enter the email address or mobile number associated with your account.
Submit the form and wait for instructions on how to reset your password.
Check your email or SMS for further steps:
For SMS: You will receive an 8-digit temporary password that you can use to log into your account.
For Email: Click the password reset link provided in the email to create a new password.
