# Can You Unlock My Account?

Please provide your **WinZir username** and **date of birth** for verification purposes, and we will check the status of your account and work on unlocking it as soon as possible. 

Kindly note that certain considerations may affect the reopening of the account, such as:

* A player’s request to keep the account closed and the timeline for reopening (minimum of 7 days from the closure date).
* If the account holder is underage.
* If the account holder is a government employee.
* If the account holder is listed under GEL (Gambling Exclusion List).

Any of these reasons may hinder the reopening of the account.
