Here are the steps on how to verify your account:
Step 1: The verification link can be found under the withdrawal section of your account.

Step 2: A pop-up for live verification will appear. Prepare a valid identification document (ID) such as a passport or driver's license. Ensure that your ID is clearly visible and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 3: Once you have submitted your ID, please wait while our team reviews the document.
Step 4: After your account has been successfully verified, you will receive confirmation from WinZir. You can then log in to your account using your username and password.

Note: Our support team may require you to send a photo of your valid ID through our live chat support if needed for real-time review of your document. If you exit the pop-up verification, you can log out of your account and then log back in to trigger the live verification process again. For those players registered before this update and have not yet verified their account, kindly reach out to our live chat support for the manual verification process.
